Method
- Fry Instant Curry Laksa pause until fragrant.
- Add in water, mix well and bring to boil.
- Add in chicken pieces, prawns and fried tofu puffs, simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes
- Add in coconut milk and laksa leaves, bring to boil.
- Blanch noodles, & bean sprouts
- Serve with fish cakes and halved hard boiled egg in a soup bowl.
- Pouring hot Curry Laksa soup into the soup bowl, ready to serve.
